GVC & A2 Drone License

In 2019 I officially became a registered and professional drone pilot after completing my PfCO (Permission for Commercial Operations) which allowed me to fly my drone commercially. Since then the CAA have changed their licensing to the GVC and the A2 Certificate of Competency and there has been a grace period so current PfCO owners could convert to these new licenses.

I am delighted to have finally updated my PfCO (Permission for Commercial Operations) to the A2 and GVC certificates with the CAA.

When flying a drone it’s so important to be safe and responsible and these new and updated certificates make sure I am fully compliant with the Civil Aviation Authority.

I also hold EC 785/2004 compliant insurance with public liability cover.
